Zyrtec® (cetirizine HCl) is an antihistamine. It is used to treat the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Zyrtec® is approved in over 100 countries.

Zyrtec® is a once-a-day treatment for adults and may be administered daily or twice daily to children. In 2000, the US, the Food and Drug Administration, approved Zyrtec® Syrup for use in children from the age of 6 months for the symptomatic treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
